Quality of Work Life as a Mediator on the Impact of Work-Life Balance on Job Satisfaction

Work-life Balance (WLB) can affect employee attitudes in the company, such as job satisfaction (JS) and also have an effect on quality of work-life (QWL). This study aims to test analyze significance direct indirect influence WLB JS through QWL a mediator, by taking object PT KAI (Persero) Daop 7 Madiun employees. The research approach is quantitative. primary data used were obtained from questionnaire variables distributed 115 employees sample. sampling technique proportionate stratified random sampling. Data analysis using path analysis, processed with SPSS Sobel Test software. results empirical studies show that: 1) significantly increase JS; 2) improve QWL; 3) 4) partially mediates JS.
